Receipt categorization, labeling, business/personal classification, expense organization, and AI-generated recommendations are provided for organizational purposes only and do not constitute accounting, legal, financial, or tax advice. Users should consult their accountant, tax advisor, or legal professional regarding deductibility, compliance, or financial reporting obligations.

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including but not limited to:

When you use integrations or connected services, you authorize us to exchange data necessary to provide requested functionality.

Reports, exports, PDFs, CSV files, summaries, categorizations, AI-generated outputs, and other generated content are created from user-provided information and automated processing systems.

Teritrak does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or correctness of exported or AI-generated data.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all exported information, calculations, categorizations, summaries, and reports before using them for accounting, tax preparation, legal compliance, reimbursement, financial reporting, or business decision-making purposes.

Certain features of the Services may be released as beta, preview, experimental, or early access functionality.

These features may:

  • Experience interruptions or limited availability
