Delete Your TeriTrak Account
Request deletion of your TeriTrak account and associated personal data. Account deletion begins only after you confirm the secure link sent by email.
You may request deletion using the form below or from Settings > My Account > Delete Account in the TeriTrak app.
What will be deleted
Deletion may include the following data when it is owned solely by you:
- Profile information and personal settings
- Personal Accounts, Contacts, and private Deals
- Private Activities, Tasks, Events, and notes
- Receipts, receipt images, and user-owned exports
- Voice recordings, transcripts, and user-specific AI content
- Personal integration records, authentication sessions, and notification-device registrations
- Other data owned solely by the user
Organizations and shared data
- Organization-owned records are not automatically deleted solely because one member deletes their account.
- Shared Deal records may remain available to other authorized collaborators, with the deleted user identified by a neutral label such as Deleted User.
- A sole organization owner may need to transfer ownership or contact TeriTrak Support before deletion can proceed.
- TeriTrak will not leave an organization without an active owner.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained for a defined period when required for security, fraud prevention, transaction reconciliation, legal compliance, or system integrity. Retained records are minimized and restricted.
- Deletion audit and store transaction or subscription reconciliation records may be retained for up to 7 years.
- Minimized security and fraud-prevention events may be retained for up to 2 years.
- Deletion troubleshooting records may be retained for up to 90 days after successful resolution.
- Redacted operational logs and backups may be retained for up to 30 days.
- Deletion-related support records may be retained for up to 2 years after the support case closes.
- Irreversibly anonymized aggregate analytics may be retained indefinitely; hashed or pseudonymized user-level data is not automatically anonymous.
Minimized retained records should not include ordinary CRM content, raw voice recordings, receipt images, or authentication credentials unless legally required.

Manage an active subscription separately
Deleting your TeriTrak account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Manage or cancel an active subscription through the store where you purchased it.

Send a confirmation request
Submitting this form does not delete or deactivate an account. If an eligible account exists, TeriTrak sends a secure, one-time confirmation link to the submitted address.
